OE AQUITECH (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD opened business on 11th Jan with the purpose of providing fresh hydroponic vegetables locally and regionally.
OE AQUITECH (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is a environmentally sustainable enterprise. It is a subsidiary of MIYOSHI LIMITED, a precision engineering contract manufacturer with 30 years of history in Singapore.
The company introduced Japanese high-tech hydroponics farming in 2016, and started R&D in the headquarters of MIYOSHI LIMITED in Singapore. The next year, they started developing mass production hydroponic lines for their plant in Malaysia.
The Vegetables from OE AQUITECH is grown without soil, without pesticide and minimal environmental pollution. Currently, they are operating 5 lines, and plan to increase to 9 lines with a harvest of up to 4000 roots every day. Currently, main crops grown are Japanese Frill and other lettuce, but ice plant mass production and fruits like strawberries and cherries are also in development.
